If you want to access the GXBank app on a new device, you’ll need to remove your account from the old device. Here's how:

- Open the GXBank app.
- Tap "Profile" > "Security and privacy" > "Remove account from device" > "Confirm".

- Log into the GXBank app.
- Verify your identity:
- Enter your phone number and bank PIN.
- Complete additional verification by taking a selfie.
- Once verification is successful, your new device will be bound to your GX Biz Account.
Push Notification Alerts
When you attempt to log in on a new device, a push notification will be sent to your original device, informing you of the login attempt. This ensures you stay informed of any activity on your account.
Note: Please be informed that there will be a 12-hour cooling of period to prevent any unauthorised transactions after you re-bind the new device to your account. You will not be able to perform any outgoing transactions during this period.
