My mobile number that I will use for logging in has changed. How do I update my new mobile number with GXBank?

 

To update your mobile number, follow these simple steps:

If this is for your mobile number used for login, then 

  1. Click on "Profile" Tab,
  2. Click on "Security & Privacy",
  3. Choose"Change mobile number for login".
  4. Check your new mobile number for a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS.
  5. Enter the OTP.
  6. After verifying the SMS OTP, you will be prompted to complete a selfie verification. This extra step ensures added security for your account.

Alternatively;

  1. Click on "Profile" Tab,
  2. Click "Profile details",
  3. Click on "Contact number" under Business category.

Check your new mobile number for a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS. Enter the OTP.

After verifying the SMS OTP, you will be prompted to complete a selfie verification. This extra step ensures added security for your account.
Once your mobile number is updated successfully, you will receive an email and in-app notification as confirmation of the change.

And that's it. All done!
