How do I close my GX Biz Account?

 

If you're considering closing your GX Biz Account, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

  • Transfer Remaining Balance: Transfer any remaining balance in your GX Biz Account to another bank account. It's important to ensure that your funds are securely moved.
  • Cancel Recurring Payments: Keep in mind that any recurring payment arrangements linked to your GX Biz Account will stop once your account is closed.

Please note that once your GX Biz Account is closed, reinstating it won't be possible. To proceed with closing your account, get in touch with us through any of the following methods:
