Why & how long do I have to wait after submitting BRN?

After inputing the BRN, GXBank will do a check with SSM database to confirm on your business information. This process should be within a few seconds, but will occasionally take a few minutes.

Please be patient, once it is ready we will send out a push notification to notify you. Otherwise, feel free to check in again in the app after a few minutes.
