How do I report a claim?

 

You can report a claim via:

  • 24-Hour Hotline: +603-7989 0345 (for WhatsApp chat and local landline calls only)
  • e-Request: https://zurich.carfix.my/

You should report any claim within:

  • 14 days if you're not physically disabled or hospitalized.
  • 30 days if you're physically disabled or hospitalized due to the incident. ​
