What documents are required to apply for FlexiCredit?

To apply for FlexiCredit, you’ll need a GX Savings Account.

If you’re already a GX Savings Account customer, you must submit one of the following documents depending on your income type:

For salaried individuals (employees):

To ensure your application is processed smoothly, please upload your EPF statements for the last 2 years and check for the following:

  • Latest History: At least 6 months of consecutive (back-to-back) contributions leading up to today.
  • 1-Year Stability: Evidence of a contribution in the current month AND the same month from last year.

Which months do I need to see on my statement?

We look for a contribution from the current month and the same month from the previous year.

Example: Applying in January 2026? Your statement must show at least one contribution in:

  1. January 2026 (Current)
  2. January 2025 (1 year ago)

Note: Payslips, pension statements, or other documents are not accepted as of now

For business owners:

Submit your recent 6 consecutive months of business bank statements

  • Bank statements must clearly show the company name and that it is registered under SSM.

For new customers without a GX Savings Account, you’ll need to complete the onboarding process with MyKad and the above required documents (depending on your income type).

 Note:
We will only ask you to submit all required documentation through the GXBank App. Stay cautious and avoid sharing documents through any other platform.
