What are the ways to verify income? What are the differences?

There are two ways to verify your income within the FlexiCredit application journey.

Upload of Statements:

  • EPF Statements: Upload your EPF statements for the recent 2 years.
  • Business Bank Statements: If you are self employed, upload your business' bank statements for the most recent consecutive 6 months. The bank statements should clearly state the company name and the company must be registered under SSM.

Both processes are similar—just ensure the files are downloaded in their original PDF format without any modifications. EPF statements must be downloaded directly from the KWSP app or website, while business bank statements should be downloaded directly from your bank’s app or website.
