Why do I face an error after uploading my EPF Statement using my Samsung device?

For Samsung users, do note that opening the downloaded EPF PDF file can unintentionally modify its file information. This might cause issues when uploading the document, as modified files could be flagged as invalid. 

To ensure a smooth submission process, please avoid opening the file immediately after downloading. Instead, directly upload the original, unopened file. If you need to view the statement, consider making a separate copy for personal use.

Tip: Always download the latest statement version and try not to open the file before you submit it.
