My friend did not upload his income document but received a FlexiCredit limit offer, but I didn't. Why?

Document Waiver Feature (DWF) is currently running on a test basis. Customers may be selected for DWF, where selection is determined entirely by our internal assessment. Not all customers will go through this specific application process.

It is important to note that being selected for DWF does not necessarily indicate a better or worse financial standing.
