- If your application was a ‘Document Waiver Feature’ (DWF) application (a document-less application), the limit approved for you could be lower than anticipated as the approval is based on your existing financial data from credit reference agencies and internal bank data.
- In the event you would like a higher limit, it is highly encouraged to submit your income documents.
- If you accept the DWF-approved limit, your FlexiCredit limit will be immediately activated, allowing you to access funds up to the approved limit.
However, post activation, there will be no immediate avenue to request a limit review.
- If you wish to decline the credit limit offered through DWF, you have two options:
- To pursue a potentially higher credit limit, you must select the "I want a higher limit"option. This action mandates the immediate upload of your latest income documents for a complete and comprehensive assessment of your income, which is necessary for a final, higher credit limit determination.
- If you wish to decline the credit limit offer completely, simply just allow the offer to expire after 30 days, no additional action on your end.
