I was approved for an Document Waiver Feature (DWF) limit but was then rejected after submitting my documents. Why?
DWF assesses your income through credit bureau information and internal bank data and provides a FlexiCredit limit offer which is ready to be activated.
However, once you submit your income documents, a full financial assessment will be conducted again based on your submitted documents - which may result in a higher or lower limit offered, or trigger a rejection.
The bank's decision regarding your application, based on the submitted income documents, is final and supersedes the initial DWF offer.
