I was approached by someone claiming to be a Unishera agent promoting GXBank's FlexiCredit. Are they legitimate?
Yes! Unishera is currently our only official referral partner authorised to assist in promoting GXBank's FlexiCredit via social media, to their existing customer base and on-the-ground.
Official Unishera agents are assigned unique referral codes (which will start in "UNISHERA" followed by a unique number) and are authorised to guide you through the digital application process on your own device using the official GXBank app.
To protect yourself against scams, please keep in mind that a genuine agent will only point you to our official GX app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. An agent will never:
- Handle your phone or process the application on your behalf.
- Ask you to download external APK files or software from unknown links.

Payments to 'Agents' are a Red Flag: Official agents will NEVER ask you for any form of payment, processing fees, or commissions. Applying for FlexiCredit is entirely free.
Security Reminder: GXBank and its authorised partners will NEVER ask you to reveal your password, PIN, or One-Time Password (OTP) over the phone, via SMS, or through any other communication channels.
