I have not receive my physical card yet. How can I track it?
We’re experiencing a slight delay in delivering our physical debit cards. We’re working hard to get yours to you soon!
How to track your status: No need to call! Check your card's journey in the app:
- Log in to GX App.
- Go to the Cards tab.
- Tap Track order.
Important: Please do not activate your card until you have the physical card in your hands. Once it arrives, just tap Activate Now in the app to set your PIN.
Can I still spend?
Yes! Your Virtual Card is ready for use right now for all your online shopping.
