My GXBank and Grab app accounts got de-linked after I changed my phone number. What should I do?

 

If you've experienced the de-linking of your GXBank and Grab app accounts due to a phone number change, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Scenario A: Change to a New Mobile Number in the Grab App

If you have the GXBank app:
1. Log in to your GXBank app using your existing credentials.
2. Update your new phone number in the GXBank app.
3. Re-link your GXBank and Grab app accounts through the Grab app's Finance tab.

If you don't have the GXBank app:
1. Download the GXBank app from the app store.
2. Log in to the GXBank app using the old mobile number (using OTP) and the PIN you created in the Grab app.
3. Update your new phone number in the GXBank app.
4. Re-link your GXBank and Grab app accounts.

Scenario B: Change to a New Mobile Number in the GXBank app.

If you have the GXBank app:
You have already updated your new phone number in the GXBank app, so you just need to re-link your GXBank and Grab app accounts through the Grab app's Finance tab.
