How do I use DuitNow Transfer?

To Send Money:

1. Open your GXBank app
2. Tap on “Send Money” on the top bar
3. Enter the recipient’s Account Number or DuitNow ID
4. Enter the transfer amount
5. Proceed to complete the transaction

To Receive Money:

1. You must first register for DuitNow ID and link your ID to your GX Savings Account.
2. Share your DuitNow ID to your sender to receive transfers into your GX Savings Account. Your sender can also send money to you via your GX Savings Account Number.
