How to add a Favourite transfer?

There are 2 ways you can add a Favourite recipient:

Add Favourite after transaction

1. Open your GXBank app,
2. Tap on "Send Money" on the top bar
3. Enter the recipient's Account Number or DuitNow ID
4. Enter the transfer amount 5. Proceed to complete the transaction
5. Once you've completed the transaction, tap on "⭐" to add as a Favourite transfer.
6. Edit your recipient's nickname.
7. You will be prompted to complete a selfie verification for added security of your account.

Add Favourite from your recent list

1. Open your GXBank app,
2. Tap on "Send Money" on the top bar
3. If you have previously completed a transaction, you will see your recipient in the recent list
4. Tap on "⭐" to add as a Favourite transfer.
5. Edit your recipient's nickname.
6. You will be prompted to complete a selfie verification for added security of your account.

Once your Favourite recipient addition is successful, you will receive an email and in-app notification as confirmation of the change.
