I did not received my GXSecure push notification, what should I do?

 

Don't worry! If you did not received the push notification, you can always approve your GXSecure via the GXBank app. Follow the steps below to approve your transactions:

  1. Log in to your GXBank apps
  2. Click on "Me"
  3. Select GXSecure, verify and approve the transaction.
