To link your GX Account to your Grab app, follow these simple steps:

Open your Grab app and navigate to the 'Finance' tab on the home screen.
Tap on 'Activate GX Account'.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.

Once your GX Account is linked to your Grab app, you can use it to make payments for Grab Transport, Food, Mart, or Express. Each payment with your GX Account earns you up to 1.5X GrabRewards points. Set your GX Account as the primary payment method for added convenience.

Please note that upon linking your GX Account to Grab, a 12-hour freeze for high-risk transactions will be imposed. During this period, you won't be able to transfer large amounts of cash or increase your daily transfer limit on both the Grab and GXBank app. This is to ensure the security of your account.
