For Annual Plan, I am only allowed to choose up to 5 countries, does it mean I am only covered for those countries?

The country selection is meant for quotation purposes. You will be covered for all the countries specified in the plan based on Area even though you did not specify them during purchase:

1. Area 1: Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China [excluding Tibet & Mongolia (Inner & Outer)], Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam;
2. Area 2: Worldwide excluding Canada, Mongolia (Inner & Outer), Nepal, Tibet and USA; or
3. Area 3: Worldwide
