To rebind the GXBank app to a new device, follow these steps:

  1. Install the GXBank app on your new device.
  2. Verify your identity by entering your phone number and bank PIN.
  3. Complete additional verification by taking a selfie.
  4. Your GXBank app will be successfully rebound to your new device.


Before using the GXBank app on a new device, make sure to remove your account from the old device for added security and to prevent unauthorised access. Once you have successfully removed the account from the old device, you can then log in and use the GXBank app on the new device.
