How do I lodge a complaint?

We understand how important it is to address your concerns promptly. Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within one business day and strive to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the resolution, you have the option to seek an independent review from the Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS). OFS specialises in mediating disputes between customers and financial institutions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving any issues you may have.
