Which operating systems support GXBank?

 

The GXBank app is currently available for devices running:

  • iOS 15 or above
  • Android 12 or above

Important Update for Android Users:
Starting 16 October 2024, we had discontinue support for devices running Android 11. This change is being implemented to ensure the security of your personal and financial information.

What This Means for You: If you're using a device with Android 11, you can continue to use the app until 16 October 2024. After this date, you will no longer have access to the app.Recommended Actions:

  • Update Your Device OS: If your device is eligible, upgrade to Android 12 or newer to continue using our services securely after October 2024.
    1. Tap "Settings" on your device,
    2. Tap "System" or "Software Update".
    3. Depending on your phone model tap "About phone", "Advanced here" or "Download updates manually".
    4. "Check for updates" and then tap "Update".
  • If your device cannot be updated to meet the new requirements, we recommend considering a compatible device to to ensure continued access to the GXBank app, which now supports Android OS 12+ and iOS 15+ for enhanced security and functionality.
