You can link your GX Account with your Grab app 24 hours after successfully opening your GX Account. For a smooth linking process, ensure the phone number on Grab and GXBank are the same. Also, update your Grab app to the latest version from Google Play or the App Store.

To link your GX Account to your Grab app, follow these simple steps:

1. Open your Grab app and navigate to the 'Finance' tab on the home screen.
2. Tap on 'Activate GX Account'.
