How is the cashback reward structured?

This Reward Category ended and will no longer be offered with effect from 15 April 2024. Customers who have successfully participated prior to 15 April 2024 will continue to receive the Reward - refer below for more information.

You'll get cashback for your GrabUnlimited monthly subscription fee up to 6 times during the campaign. To qualify, make sure you link your GX Account to your Grab app and keep an active GrabUnlimited subscription. Remember, you need to maintain both of these throughout the campaign to keep getting the cashback, up to 6 times.

For instance, if you unlink your GX Account from your Grab app during the campaign, you won't receive the cashback reward until you link your account again (within the campaign duration). Similarly, if you suspend or terminate your GrabUnlimited subscription, you won't receive the cashback reward until you re-subscribe to GrabUnlimited (within the campaign duration). This ensures that you can make the most of the cashback rewards available.
