What happens if I unlink my GX Account or suspend/terminate my GrabUnlimited subscription?

This Reward Category ended and will no longer be offered with effect from 15 April 2024. Customers who have successfully participated prior to 15 April 2024 will continue to receive the Reward - refer below for more information.

If you unlink your GX Account from your Grab app or suspend/terminate your GrabUnlimited subscription, you will no longer receive the cashback reward. However, you can re-link your account or re-subscribe to GrabUnlimited within the campaign duration to regain eligibility.
