What is a Business Registration Number (BRN) and where can I find it on my SSM certificate?

Your Business Registration Number (BRN), also known as your SSM Number is the official, unique 12-digit identity number assigned to your business by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). 

How to find the 12-digit Business Registeration Number on your SSM certificate:

• Open your official SSM Certificate of Registration (or SSM Corporate Information document).  
• Locate your Business / Company Name near the top of the certificate.  
• Find the 12-digit number printed directly under or alongside your business name.  
•  Enter only the 12 numeric digits during app onboarding (do not include hyphens, spaces, or old registration formats).
