My attempted initial deposit fund transfer to my GX Biz Account was rejected. Why?

If you haven't registered for DuitNow, or if your DuitNow ID is linked to an e-wallet account, a minimum initial deposit of RM10 is required from your own bank account in your name (a first party fund transfer). If the funds are from a third-party account, they'll be instantly refunded back to the originating account.

Here are examples of a first-party fund transfer:

Example 1 
Accountholder Name (Bank ABC): John Bin Joe
Name (as per MyKad): John Bin Joe

Example 2 
Accountholder NRIC (Bank ABC): 880125-10-1234
NRIC (as per MyKad): 880125-10-1234

Please also ensure that your fund transfer is performed via GXBank app, and not through any third-party banking platform directly. Follow these steps to complete the transfer:

Login to your GXBank app. 

On the home page, tap on “Add Money” and select your preferred bank.
You will be directed to the bank's login page. Follow the provided instructions to successfully complete the funding for your GX Biz Account.
