How do I cancel my payments on hold?
If you have changed your mind, you may cancel the transfer immediately by following these steps:
- Open your GXBank app.
- Tap on "Main Account" > "More" > "View transfers under review."
- The list of payments on hold will be displayed.
- Select the payment and tap "Cancel transfer."
