What should I do if I have made a transfer but my recipient has not receive it?

 

If the payment was not received, follow these steps:
  1. Check the Payment Mode: If you used a DuitNow ID, ask the recipient to confirm where their DuitNow ID is linked.
  2. Wait up to 24 Hours: Payments may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
  3. Need Help?: If the payment is still not received after 24 hours, contact our 24/7 Customer Support via in-app Live Chat for assistance.
