Is there any downtime for applications?
Yes, there is a scheduled maintenance downtime for one of our service providers every Tuesday from 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM MYT, during which new FlexiCredit applications will be temporarily unavailable. If you’re applying for FlexiCredit, we recommend doing so outside of this window to avoid interruptions.
Additionally, applications submitted between 2:00 AM and 6:30 AM MYT daily may experience delays due to regular maintenance by our FlexiCredit partner. You can still submit your application during this time, but results will be returned after 6:30 AM.
If you already have an active FlexiCredit limit, rest assured that this downtime will not affect other services, including drawdowns and repayments. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a seamless experience!
