What is not covered?

This product does not cover you transferring cash / providing your banking or ewallet details to scammers in the following situations:

• physical scams;

• phone scams;

• investment scams;

• love scams;

• shopping or service scams from social media postings like Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook; or
  scams through use of messenger applications like We Chat, Whatsapp and others.

As there are numerous ways of how scammers work, please stay vigilant and exercise due care at all times. This Cyber Fraud Protect product does not cover you in all scenarios.

Please refer to the list of exclusions in the Product Disclosure Sheet or policy wording for items that are not covered by this policy.
