Can I cancel the policy?
Yes. You may cancel the policy via GXBank app. The existing policy will continue till the end of the policy month and there will be no renewal for the next month. There is no refund of premium.
For example, if your policy period is 1 - 31 July and you cancel on 15 July, the policy coverage will still be in effect until 31 July and will expire on 1 August.
