Is there any downtime for FlexiCredit applications?

Yes, there are two scheduled maintenance windows to take note of:
  • Every Tuesday (10:30 PM – 11:00 PM MYT): New FlexiCredit applications will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend applying outside of this window to avoid disruptions.
  • Daily (2:00 AM – 6:30 AM MYT): Applications submitted during this time may experience delays due to regular system maintenance. If you submit an application during this window, your results will be provided after 6:30 AM.

Don't worry, if you already have an active FlexiCredit limit, these downtimes will not affect other services, such as performing drawdowns and repayments.
