When will I be charged and when will I receive a refund?

The card fee will be deducted from your GX Savings Account at the time of card issuance. The fee will be charged directly from your Main Account, so please ensure sufficient funds are available.

If the total balance in your GX Savings Account (including both the Main Account and Savings Pockets) maintains an average balance of RM1,000 or more for 30 consecutive days from the date of issuance of the GX Card, the refund will be credited to your GX Savings Account’s Main Account the following day after the 30-day period ends. 

In exceptional cases, the refund may take up to two (2) weeks to be credited.
