What is an account dormancy?

A GX Savings Account will turn dormant if no transactions are initiated by the account holder for 365 consecutive days, including logins to the GXBank App or the Grab App linked to your GX Savings Account. This excludes fees charged, interest payments or transactions initiated by GXBank.
