How to prevent my GX Account from dormancy/closure?

To keep your GX Savings Account active:

1. Fund your account: Deposit a minimum initial deposits of RM20 within 12 months from the account opening date. The deposit must be made from your own bank account in your name (a first party fund transfer). If no first party funds are deposited within the 12-month period, the Bank will close your GX Savings Account.
2. Perform at least one transaction: To prevent your GX Savings Account from becoming dormant, regularly make transactions such as deposits or withdrawals, or login to your GXBank app to access your GX Savings Account.
