How can I access or correct my Personal Data that I have provided to GXBank?

 

To assess your Personal Data, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your GXBank app.
  2. Tap on "Me" section on the Home Screen.
  3. Tap on "Edit profile" under your Preferred name.

If you require access to other information, please contact our Customer Support team at ask@gxbank.my and provide the following details:

  1. Specify the types of Personal Data you are requesting.
  2. Explain the reasons for your request.
  3. State your preferred format and mode of receiving the requested Personal Data, such as via email.
