How do I stop receiving marketing emails from GXBank?

To stop receiving marketing emails or notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your the GXBank app.
  2. Tap on "Me" section on the Home screen.
  3. Select "Notifications and Emails."
  4. Disable the specific type of notification or email that you no longer wish to receive.


By following these steps, you can withdraw consent and manage your notification preferences.


Please note that while you have the option to turn off notifications at the app level, we recommend keeping notifications enabled at the device level to ensure you receive important transaction alerts and chat notifications in a timely manner.
