What is a harmful app and what can I do?

 

A harmful app is any mobile app in your device that may contain signatures of malware and could be a security vulnerability.

The GXBank app will inform you of this vulnerability when they are detected in your device.

To continue using the GXBank app

  1. You will need to remove the affected app(s) in your phone settings.
  2. Re-launch the GXBank app and proceed to login.

Here is a tip, only download apps from official or trusted app stores, such as Apple Store and Google Playstore.
