Why I cannot tap on any button in my GX App?

If you encounter this situation, you might have enable a screen overlay in your phone. We have disable the tapping action due to security concern.

In order to avoid this from happening, you can disable your screen overlay by following below step.

Disabling Screen Overlay on Stock Android:

1. Open Settings.

2. Select “Apps & Notifications”.

3. Tap “Advanced”.

4. In the expanded menu, tap “Special App Access”.

5. Tap “Display Over Other Apps”.
