Why did my first fund in transaction fail?

 

To ensure the security and compliance of our services, we require the first funds to be added from a personal bank account registered to your name. If the funds are detected to be from an account that does not belong to you, the transaction will be declined. In this case, the amount will be credited back to the sender's account within 5 working days. We kindly request that you fund in from a personal bank account registered to your own name to avoid any issues with your transactions.
