I forgot my bank PIN. What should I do?

 

No problem! Follow these steps to reset it:

  1. On the login screen, tap on 'Forgot PIN?'
    Note: If your GXBank app is not linked to your device, enter your mobile number and tap on 'Forgot PIN?'.
  2. Follow the prompts to set a new bank PIN and confirm the new bank PIN.
  3. Complete the selfie verification process.
  4. Your new bank PIN will be successfully reset.
