How do I close my GX Account?

 

If you're considering closing your GX Account, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Close Saving Pocket(s): If you have any Saving Pockets, make sure to close them first. This will help streamline the account closure process.
  2. Transfer Remaining Balance: Transfer any remaining balance in your GX Account to another bank account. It's important to ensure that your funds are securely moved.
  3. Cancel Recurring Payments: Keep in mind that any recurring payment arrangements linked to your GX Account will stop once your account is closed.


Please note that once your GX Account is closed, reinstating it won't be possible. To proceed with closing your account, get in touch with us through any of the following methods:
