How do I update my device?

iOS

1. Tap "Settings"
2. Go to "General", then tap "Software Update".
3. Tap "Install Now" or if you see "Download and Install" instead, tap it to download and enter your passcode, then tap "Install Now". 

Android

1. Make sure your Android is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Tap "Settings".
3. Tap "System" or "Software Update".
4. Depending on your phone model tap "About phone", "Advanced here" or "Download updates manually".
5. "Check for updates" and then tap "Update".
6. Follow any on-screen instruction if any.
