How can I access or correct my Personal Data that I have provided to GXBank?

 

Accessing your personal data is simple. Just log in to your GXBank app and tap on 'Me' section on the Home screen.

If you require access to other personal data, please contact our Customer Support team at ask@gxbank.my and provide the following details:

  1. Specify the types of personal data you are requesting.
  2. Explain the reasons for your request.
  3. Let us know your preferred format and mode of receiving the requested personal data, such as via email.
