What am I protected with Cyber Fraud Protect?

 

Some examples of claimable events are:

  • A cybercriminal gained unauthorized access to your online banking credentials without you knowing, leading to a fraudulent electronic transfer of funds from your personal account.
  • You, in good faith, transfer funds based on a deceptive email that appears to be from a legitimate source/ financial institution, resulting in financial loss.
  • An unauthorized individual gained access to your personal digital wallet with an online merchant and makes fraudulent electronic transfers of funds stored in the wallet.
  • Cybercriminals obtain your bank card information through unauthorized method and make online purchases, leading to a financial loss.
  • You unknowingly provide your online banking credentials in response to a phishing email, and cybercriminals use this information to initiate fraudulent electronic transfers from your personal account.
  • An unauthorized individual gains access to your digital wallet (through unauthorized means) with an online merchant and conducts fraudulent transactions, leading to a financial loss.
  • Your bank card information is used without authorization to make online purchases, resulting in a financial loss.
