My card is damaged. How do I get a replacement?
You may follow these simple steps:
- Log in to GXBank app
- Go to the debit card homepage (card icon at the right side of the main page)
- If you want to cancel and replace your card, click "Help" > Choose "Cancel Card"
- After cancellation, you may request to apply for a new card which will bear new card details.
Upon receipt of the new replaced card, kindly immediately cut your damaged card in half and securely dispose it.
