How do I raise dispute on my card transactions?

 

f you notice an unauthorised transaction, cancel your card immediately via the GXBank app and contact us right away for immediate assistance.

If you've encountered an issue with your purchase, such as:

  • Defective or damaged goods
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • Duplicate payments or charges

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Contact the Merchant: In most cases, reaching out to the store or service provider where you made the purchase can quickly resolve the issue.
  2. Still Need Help?: If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, don’t worry. We’re here to assist you.
  3. You can initiate a dispute with us by:
    1. Live Chat: Available in the GXBank app
    2. Phone: Call our hotline at +603 7498 3188
    3. Email: Send your inquiry to ask@gxbank.my

Once your transaction is successful, we’ll help you sort out the dispute as quickly as possible.
