How to cancel auto-billing?

 

Step 1: Identify the Merchant
  • Check your Transaction History or recent bank statements to find the name of the merchant that have auto-billing or recurring payment.
  • Get their contact information (email, hotline, or website).
Step 2: Contact the Merchant
  • Reach out to the merchant (e.g., telco, insurance provider, gym) and request to cancel the auto-billing.
  • Clearly state that you want to stop the automatic deduction from your bank account.
Step 3: Monitor Your Bank Account
  • Regularly check your account for any unexpected deductions.
  • If you notice a charge after cancellation, contact us immediately to dispute it.
