What are my liabilities as a GX Card cardholder?

Your liabilities as a GX Card cardholder are as follows:

For PIN-based unauthorised transactions, you will be liable if you:

• Acted fraudulently.
• Delayed notifying us promptly after discovering the loss or unauthorised use of your GX Card.
• Voluntarily disclosed your PIN to another person.
• Recorded your PIN on the GX Card or on any item kept in close proximity to your GX Card.

For unauthorised transactions with signature verification or contactless payments, you will be liable if you:

• Acted fraudulently.
• Delayed notifying us promptly after discovering the loss or unauthorised use of your GX Card.
• Left your GX Card or an item containing your GX Card unattended in places visible and accessible to others.
• Voluntarily allowed another person to use your GX Card.
